Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

ハイソックスは、膝下からふくらはぎまでの長さの靴下。主な略称はハイソ。日常用、スポーツ用などを問わず、老若男女に広く着用される丈である。
とくに背広を着用した成人男性の場合、椅子に着席した際にスラックスの裾から脛の素肌が見えてしまうのは、はしたないとされ、十分な丈を持った白以外の靴下を着用することが望ましいとされる。
女子中高生にも広く着用されている。かつては校則によって靴下の色柄までもが厳しく指定されている学校が多かったが、1990年代以降はそれがゆるくなり始め、ルーズソックスの流行があった後それに代わって広まった。色は主に白色、紺色、黒色が多く、色によって「白ハイ」「紺ハイ」「黒ハイ」などと呼び分けられる。
