All American New Year (known as U Party with Fox News between the 2006 and 2009 celebrations) is an annual live New Year's television program on the Fox News Channel. Fox News's coverage complements that of their sister company, the FOX television network, which airs live on the East Coast with its own hosts covering the famous Times Square Ball. Both networks began coverage of New Year's Eve in the same year (the year that Dick Clark, host of the market-leading New Year program, New Year's Rockin' Eve, suffered a significant stroke).

About the program
Airing on New Year's Eve, though the early morning of New Year's Day, the program features a number of different elements, including banter between the show's hosts, on the street reports with people surrounded by people celebrating the New Year, in addition to special celebrity guests. The show begins at 11:00 PM EST.
Through 2008, each year had a different pair of hosts hosting the program. However, since that year, Bill Hemmer and Megyn Kelly have settled into the hosting positions.
