Highway 54 is a short west-east highway located in central Alberta extending from the village of Caroline to the town of Innisfail.
It runs for 60 km and connects Highway 22 (Cowboy Trail) with Highway 2 (Queen Elizabeth II Highway) and Highway 2A.
