Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

Boggle gives you 3 minutes to find as many words (3 letters or more) as you can in a grid of 16 letters. You can also try the grid of 16 letters. Letters must be adjacent and longer words score better. See if you can get into the grid Hall of Fame !

Le caramel est une confiserie réalisée en faisant cuire du sucre. Le caramel liquide sert à décorer et parfumer d'autres desserts : gâteaux, glaces, etc.

« Caramel » est un mot d'origine latine : soit caramellus canne à sucre, soit calamus le roseau. Les bonbons caramélisés peuvent être mous ou durs.

Ingrédients

  • Des morceaux de sucre et un peu d'eau, la quantité va dépendre du volume de caramel dont vous avez besoin.

Préparation

  • Temps de préparation : 5 minutes.
  • Faites fondre les morceaux de sucre dans un tout petit peu d'eau (ou de préférence avec du lait) et faites cuire à feu vif jusqu'à ce que le caramel se forme. Une fois le point d'ébullition atteint, il est important de ne pas remuer le caramel avec un ustensile ; ceci aurait pour résultat de faire cristalliser le sucre et d'empêcher la caramélisation.
