Lettris
Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

Farine de pois chiches
La farine de pois chiche est produite par la mouture des graines d'une légumineuse, le pois chiche. Sans gluten elle peut dans certains régimes se substituer à la farine du blé, de l'avoine ou du seigle
Elle s'emploie surtout en Inde et également en Algérie où elle est utilisée pour préparer la calentica et le ghribia. En Europe, on l'utilise essentiellement sur le pourtour méditerranéen.
Elle est très appréciée en Ligurie pour la préparation de la farinata, une galette cuite à l'huile d'olive. La farinata de Ligurie a son équivalent français : elle est dénommée socca entre Menton et Nice, ou encore cade entre Hyères et Toulon.
