Fossil Hill Public School is a school located on 2 Firenza Road, L4H 2P5, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. It is administered by the York Region District School Board, and is part of the City of Vaughan.Opened in 2003, most of the students were from Vellore Woods Public School, a neighboring school that is Fossil's rival. The school has gained more students throughout the years.
Fossil mainly has two neighboring schools: Vellore Woods Public School and St. Veronica. Like Vellore Woods and other schools around the area, Fossil Hill Public School teaches kindergarten through grade eight. After students leave the school, they typically go to Emily Carr Secondary School or they may go to St. Jean de Brebeuf. This school mainly focuses on building character and focuses on Character Traits, each month has a different Character Trait to focus on, such as: January's Character Trait is Optimism. The students in this school are very focused and have many great talents. The students in this school are athletic and have won many sports matches.
