Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

Boggle gives you 3 minutes to find as many words (3 letters or more) as you can in a grid of 16 letters. You can also try the grid of 16 letters. Letters must be adjacent and longer words score better. See if you can get into the grid Hall of Fame !

François Mauriac

François Mauriac, född 11 oktober 1885 i Bordeaux, Frankrike, död 1 september 1970 i Paris, var en fransk författare.

Mauriac var ledande inom den katolska vänstern och deltog i motståndsrörelsen på 1940-talet.Han blev tidigt faderlös, och började 1906 sina studier i litteraturhistoria i Paris. 1912 grundade han den katolska tidskriften Les Cahiers. Mauriac fick 1926 års Grand prix du roman de l'Académie française, Franska Akademins romanpris.[1] Blev 1933 invald i Franska Akademien.[2] 1952 erhöll han Nobelpriset.[3]

Mauriacs romaner är mörka passions- och familjehistorier, i vilka han behandlar det ondas problem i katolsk anda och med djuppsykologisk analys.
