Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

Imperio safávida

                   
El Imperio safávida hacia 1512.

El Imperio safávida o Dinastía Safawi (1501-1722) (persa: دودمان صفوی) es considerado como el más grande Imperio Iraní desde la conquista musulmana de Persia. Los safávidas son originarios de Ardabil, una ciudad del Azerbaiyán iraní, en ese entonces una región en el norte de Irán. Eran predominantemente una dinastía de habla túrquica azerí, cuyo idioma clásico era el persa.[1] [2] Los safávidas crearon un Estado iraní unificado e independiente por primera vez desde la conquista musulmana de Persia, reafirmaron la identidad política iraní y establecieron el Islam chiita como la religión oficial de Irán. Los safávidas gobernaron Irán entre 1502 y 1722, aunque algunos gobernantes safávidas lo harían nominalmente hasta 1760.

El ejército imperial llegó a tener cien mil soldados.
