Iveta Apkalna

                   

Iveta Apkalna (geb. Viļuma; * 30. November 1976 in Rēzekne) ist eine lettische Organistin.

Iveta Apkalna studierte zunächst bis 1999 an der Lettischen Musikakademie ‚Jāzeps Vītols‘ Klavier und Orgel. Danach führte sie ihr Klavier-Studium bis 2000 an der Londoner Guildhall School of Music and Drama und ihr Orgel-Studium bis 2003 an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart bei Ludger Lohmann fort.

Ihr Repertoire umfasst Werke von Bach bis zur zeitgenössischen Musik.[1]

Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.
