L'Olt (en roumain : Olt, en hongrois : Olt, en allemand : Alt, en latin : Alutus ou Aluta) est une rivière de Roumanie, affluent du Danube.

L'Olt prend sa source dans les Monts Hasmas à l'est des Carpates à une altitude de 1 440 m et arrose les districts de Harghita, de Covasna, de Brașov, de Sibiu, de Vâlcea et d'Olt. La rivière était connue sous le nom d' Alutus ou d' Aluta durant l'Antiquité romaine.
Les villes de Miercurea-Ciuc, Sfântu Gheorghe, Făgăraș, Râmnicu Vâlcea et Roumanie sont baignées par l'Olt qui se jette dans le Danube près de Turnu Măgurele.
Ses principaux affluents sont le Raul Negru, le Bârsa, le Cibin et le Ghimbășel.
