The school offers a show choir called the "The Magic Moods", a Speech Squad, Science Club, French Club, Spanish Club, Art Club, Step Team, Cheerleading, Beta Club, Fish Camp, a music program, Campus Christian Club, and a band program known as the "Spectacular Band from Spartanland".

Cross Country, Track, Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Golf, Wrestling, and Swimming.
Brandon Stokley a Professional American Footballer, played for the Comeaux High School Spartan Football Team.
Feeder schools
Broussard Middle School, Youngsville Middle School , and Milton Middle School all act as feeder schools for Comeaux High School.
