Regeln für die alphabetische Katalogisierung

                   

Die Regeln für die alphabetische Katalogisierung (RAK) sind ein Bibliothekarisches Regelwerk, das seit den 1970er Jahren an vielen deutschen Bibliotheken für die Katalogisierung verwendet wird. Vorher wurden unter anderem die „Preußischen Instruktionen“ (PI) angewandt. Es gibt mehrere Varianten bzw. Fassungen von den RAK:

Mit den „Regeln für die Formalkatalogisierung“ (RFK), die von einer Initiative von Vertretern der bibliothekarischen Fachwelt anlässlich des von der Arbeitsstelle für Standardisierung im Jahr 2001 beschlossenen Wechsels von den RAK-WB zu den Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules (AACR) erarbeitet werden, sollen die Regeln vereinheitlicht und vereinfacht werden, wobei eine teilweise Angleichung an die AACR vorgenommen wird.

Die Formalkatalogisierungs-Regeln werden in DIN 1505 festgelegt:

  • DIN 1505-1: Titelangaben von Dokumenten: Titelaufnahme von Schrifttum (Ausgabe: Mai 1984) - 2007 ersatzlos zurückgezogen
  • DIN 1505-2: Titelangaben von Dokumenten: Zitierregeln (Ausgabe: Januar 1984)
  • DIN 1505-3: Titelangaben von Dokumenten: Verzeichnisse zitierter Dokumente (Literaturverzeichnisse) (Ausgabe: Dezember 1995)
  • DIN V 1505-4: Titelangaben von Dokumenten: Titelaufnahme von audio-visuellen Materialien (Vornorm, Ausgabe: Juni 1998) - ersatzlos zurückgezogen

Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.
