WordGame

The English word games are:
○   Anagrams
○   Wildcard, crossword
○   Lettris
○   Boggle.

Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

boggle

Boggle gives you 3 minutes to find as many words (3 letters or more) as you can in a grid of 16 letters. You can also try the grid of 16 letters. Letters must be adjacent and longer words score better. See if you can get into the grid Hall of Fame !

TV Quick is a British weekly TV listing magazine published by family-run German company H Bauer Publishing.[2] It features the TV listings of the week from a Saturday to the following Friday and is sold every Tuesday.[3] It also has its own annual awards ceremony, the TV Quick & TVChoice Awards, and has an agony aunt column formerly written by Trisha Goddard which is currently written by Anita Naik. It costs 78p and also features puzzles, crosswords, a mailbag and competitions. The editor-in-chief is Jon Peake, who is also editor of Bauer's other listings magazines TV Choice and Total TVguide.

It was launched in 1991 after the monopoly on listings magazine ended. Before this, only the Radio Times had BBC listings and TV Times had ITV and (from 1982) Channel 4 listings. TV Quick started along with What's On TV and the short-lived TV Plus in March 1991.

When it was launched, the cover picture usually had TV stars and programmes, but now it almost exclusively has a soap represented on the cover.
