The Wisconsin gubernatorial election of 2002 was held on November 5, 2002. Incumbent Republican Governor Scott McCallum was defeated by Wisconsin Attorney General Jim Doyle.[1] Doyle served one term 2003 to 2007 and was then reelected in 2006.
