Lettris

Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

Bonheur du jour

Le bonheur-du-jour est un meuble destiné à l'écriture et plus spécialement aux dames. né au XVIIIe siècle époque où l'on se plaisait à imaginer des meubles spécifiques pour tout.

Il doit son nom à la faveur dont elle jouit lors de son apparition vers 1760, alors que bien d'autres meubles, comme le scribanne, la table à écrire, le bureau à culbute, la table liseuse ou la table à la bourgogne et bien d'autres encore munis d'une table tirante remplissaient déjà cet office.

Le bonheur-du-jour est petit et léger, facile à déplacer, comportant des petits casiers. Il peut remplir des fonctions différentes selon l'endroit où on le place : bureau et secrétaire dans le salon, chiffonnière ou coiffeuse dans la chambre ou meuble d'exposition .

Historique

Le bonheur du jour est souvent un meuble constitué de deux parties. La partie basse est une sorte de petite table et la partie haute est un gradin constitué de deux vanteaux à panneau ou à vitre ou, tout simplement, de petits tiroirs.
