Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

1. Dans son sens primitif, épais, compacte, dont les parties nous paraissent plus épaisses ou plus serrées. Un air dense. Une vapeur dense.
2. Par extension, et c'est le sens le plus habituel, il se dit d'un corps dont le poids fait supposer que les molécules sont très serrées les unes contre les autres ; l'or, le plomb, le mercure, sont très denses ; le platine est le plus dense des métaux.
3. Par comparaison, on nomme dense tout corps qui, sous un même volume, pèse plus qu'un autre. L'eau est plus dense que l'air ; l'hydrogène est moins dense que l'azote.
