Lettris
Lettris is a curious tetris-clone game where all the bricks have the same square shape but different content. Each square carries a letter. To make squares disappear and save space for other squares you have to assemble English words (left, right, up, down) from the falling squares.

ÉTYMOLOGIE
Pingre signifierait épingle, d'après FOURNIER, Encycl. du XIXe siècle, t. XIX, p. 489 : Les Juifs étaient accusés d'enfoncer des pingres dans la chair des enfants ; de là pingre a passé aux Juifs pour désigner un usurier. De cela il faudrait fournir des preuves, c'est-à-dire des textes. Il est plus probable que pingre est une forme nasalisée de l'ancien français pigre (du latin piger, paresseux), qui a signifié lâche, misérable : XVe siècle. Puis que là de prinsault heu d'aucuns cognoissance, L'ombre vey et cogniz de ce pigre missaire Qui fist le grand reffuz par vilté et meschance, Traduction de Dante, dans Bibl. des chartes, 5e série, t. v, p. 311.
